• Entry Level is an essential part of our team, assisting with the coordination, execution, and promotion of high-impact retail events inside major retail locations.

You'll be the friendly face representing our clients, engaging with shoppers, and helping drive product awareness and sales growth. This is a fast-paced, interactive role ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, loves working with people, and is looking for a career path in event marketing or sales.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers during in-store retail events to create a positive brand experience Educate shoppers on product features, benefits, and current promotions to drive sales Assist in collecting and reporting customer feedback and event performance metrics Support event planning, scheduling, and logistics to ensure smooth execution Represent the company and clients professionally at all sales events and promotional activities Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative sales strategies Maintain an organized event space and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and store policies

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed Ability to travel locally to event sites across the greater Dallas area Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events is a plus but not required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during events Must be comfortable standing for extended periods The Retail Event Assistant
