This role is responsible for maintaining guest-facing areas, assisting with event preparation, supporting property upkeep, and responding to operational needs as directed by the Event Manager or Operations team. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and event environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Event Preparation Prepare event spaces and guest-facing areas prior to event arrival Sweep, clean, and maintain patios, walkways, entrances, and venue spaces Set up and arrange designated event equipment, furniture, and support items as needed Ensure property appearance meets company presentation standards Assist with venue opening and readiness checks before events begin Property & Grounds Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor and indoor event areas Spray patios, clean walkways, remove debris, and support general grounds upkeep Monitor and restock facility supplies as needed Assist with basic property support tasks during events Event Operations Support Respond to operational requests from Event Managers and wedding planner Assist with event transitions, resets, and breakdowns Support guest experience through maintaining clean and organized spaces Perform miscellaneous support tasks as assigned Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to remain professional in guest-facing environments Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Previous hospitality, facilities, or event experience preferred Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying Ability to work extended periods on foot Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies Work Environment This position operates in a hospitality and event setting with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. The environment may include fast-paced event operations, changing schedules, and high guest volume periods.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
