Then we may have the perfect role for you. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Event Venue Manager to help run events smoothly from start to finish during our busy season. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently take charge, keep things organized, solve problems quickly, and make clients feel completely taken care of.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing events during venue hours Making sure timelines, setup, and details stay on track Assisting and communicating with clients in a professional and friendly way Handling unexpected situations calmly and efficiently Coordinating with vendors, staff, and event teams Keeping the venue looking polished and event-ready at all times Being the go-to person when things need to get done

Extremely organized and detail oriented Friendly, professional, and great with clients Dependable and always on time A strong problem solver who can think quickly under pressure Self-motivated and able to work independently Calm, positive, and adaptable in busy environments Ready to jump into our prime event season and hit the ground running

Schedule:

Event hours vary depending on the season and client needs, but most events run approximately 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM , with additional hours possible depending on event add-ons and venue needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves events, and can confidently keep things running smoothly while making clients feel supported every step of the way.
