Job Description

The Town of Elkton is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Part-Time Events Coordinator within the Parks and Recreation Department. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating community events and programs; working with vendors, volunteers, and community partners; and assisting with marketing and promotion of Town events. Applicants should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in event planning, recreation, or related field is preferred. A valid driver's license and background check are required. This is a part-time position not to exceed 29.5 hours per week. Evening and weekend hours may be required. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications. The Town of Elkton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
