This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage, motivate, and produce alongside the team, not from the sidelines. If you can drive performance, lead from the front, and bring energy every day, this is a high-income opportunity.

Role Overview:

Manage and work directly with the field marketing team Drive production and accountability Motivate team members to hit performance goals Generate leads personally while managing others Set up, manage, and break down home shows and events Protect and maintain marketing materials and displays Engage homeowners and support team lead generation efforts Some weekends required for home shows and events (not every weekend).

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year canvassing experience Experience working home shows, events, or trade shows Proven ability to lead and motivate a team High energy, reliable, and punctual Strong attention to detail Reliable personal vehicle Ability to manage logistics and represent the company professionally This role requires leadership, organization, and production.
