Event Ambassador (Weekday Evenings | $25+/hr)

Brand Builders is seeking a reliable, professional Brand Ambassador to support Wealth Management seminars in Northern VA and MD. This is a part-time, as-needed role perfect for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible weekday — early evening — availability. Key Responsibilities Set up event spaces (classroom-style seating, materials, signage) Facilitate AV set up: laptops, projectors, etc. Greet guests and help maintain a professional, organized environment Support event flow and troubleshoot as needed Qualifications Professional demeanor: business attire required (blazer is mandatory) Comfortable with technology Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation required Finance or event experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Weekdays starting around 4:30 PM (events typically run until ~8:30 PM) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday events
