We're looking for an organized, energetic, and relationship-focused Annual Giving & Events Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves fundraising, donor engagement, event planning, and bringing projects to life. You'll play a key role in executing annual fundraising campaigns, coordinating donor experiences, and helping deliver events that connect supporters directly to the lifesaving impact of their philanthropy. Responsibilities What You'll Do Lead Annual Giving Campaigns Coordinate and execute direct mail, email, online, workplace giving, and year-end fundraising campaigns Work with our communications team to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels Keep projects moving and ensure campaign deadlines are met Create Meaningful Donor Experiences Help plan and execute donor stewardship events, behind-the-scenes experiences, open houses, and special gatherings Coordinate logistics for our signature events, including the Lifesavers Gala Work with vendors, venues, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional experiences Support Fundraising Success Collaborate with donor services to manage campaign lists, registrations, and reporting Track timelines, budgets, and project deliverables Help strengthen relationships with donors who make lifesaving programs possible Why You'll Love This Role You'll see the direct impact of your work on patient outcomes and community health. We're Looking For Someone Who Thrives in a fast-paced environment Loves organizing projects and events Enjoys working with donors, volunteers, and community leaders Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Is passionate about making a meaningful difference in their community Experience 3+ years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, marketing coordination, event management, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Experience with Microsoft Office; donor databases and fundraising platforms are a plus Commitment to the Medic One Foundation mission Compensation & Benefits $70,000 - $75,000 DOE Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO Opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day If you're excited about combining fundraising, events, and community impact, we'd love to hear from you.
