A Day in the Life As Wedding & Social Events Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for wedding and social event inquiries, managing leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating all event details from initial inquiry through on-site execution. You will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless planning, communication, and delivery of memorable events. You will play a key role in driving catering revenue, maintaining accurate event documentation, and serving as the client advocate to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
A hospitality professional with 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, catering, convention services, or event coordination. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-driven mindset. Comfortable working with sales systems such as Delphi and Opera, and confident in preparing proposals, BEOs, and group resumes.
