This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized event professional who enjoys creating memorable corporate experiences while managing the details that make each event successful. The Events Manager will oversee corporate events from concept through post-event analysis, partnering closely with executives, vendors, speakers, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to combine creativity, project management, stakeholder communication, and marketing operations within the financial services industry. The right candidate will bring a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished, high-impact events that support business goals. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute corporate events from concept through completion, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. Research venues, hotels, vendors, and service providers while negotiating contracts and managing event-related costs. Coordinate speakers, presenters, executives, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth event delivery. Manage attendee registration, event communications, on-site logistics, and day-of execution. Track event performance, measure ROI, prepare post-event reporting, and maintain event data in Salesforce and marketing platforms.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$85,000 to $95,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity.
