In-House Venue Planner (Part-Time) Chateau Lill | Redmond, WA Overview Chateau Lill is looking for an organized, warm, and hospitality-driven In-House Venue Planner to join our team for the 2027 season. We strive to create meaningful wedding experiences for our couples. Nestled in Woodinville wine country, Chateau Lill is known for its welcoming atmosphere, beautiful gardens, alpacas and cashmere goats, and boutique tasting room featuring our Lill Family Wines label. This role is perfect for someone who loves the wedding industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values both professionalism and genuine connection with clients. From guiding clients through final details to coordinating seamless event days alongside our venue team and vendors, this position plays an important role in creating celebrations that feel effortless, personal, and memorable. Chateau Lill has 2026 weddings booked with our inhouse team for the season, and the hope is during the onboarding we would train you on our process and have you shadow our events so you can get fully comfortable and confident to step into the 2027 season. We already have pending clients interested in our services for 2027 and just need to find the perfect candidate to join our team! Responsibilities Coordinate wedding and event logistics from planning through execution. Create and manage event timelines. Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff. Lead final walkthroughs and rehearsal coordination. Oversee day-of event flow and problem-solving. Maintain organized planning documents and communication records. Create Layouts for Plan A & Plan B. Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations during rehearsals and the wedding day itself. Maintain detailed records of vendor contacts and client preferences to streamline planning processes. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the planning journey. Coordinate catering and banquet services in collaboration with preferred catering partners to ensure quality standards are met. Uphold high standards of guest services and hospitality during events to guarantee a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Qualifications Previous wedding, hospitality, or event coordination experience required. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Weekend and evening availability required. Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude. Proven experience in event planning or hospitality roles. Strong background in vendor relations within the events industry. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Exceptional communication skills for liaising effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Knowledge of catering operations and restaurant service standards is highly desirable. Previous experience in Wedding Planning/Coordination is desirable.
