Position Summary:
The Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the comprehensive planning, execution, and administration of various entertainment and special events throughout the property.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes superior guest service. Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani. Expedite the administrative requirements of performing artists in Michael Jordan's, Line and Lure, Rose and Thorn and the Meeting and Entertainment Center. Procurement of support documentation to include W-9, stage plot technical information, artist publicity and point of contact. Populate the Information Technology Portal (Share Point). Weekly check requests for Artist settlement, deposits, and expenses. Attendance at weekly meetings, participation, and team support at required team events Timely execution of responsibilities. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field and two (2) years of experience in an entertainment-related role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a multipurpose facility and a working understanding of entertainment and special events production. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment. Thorough understanding of Marketing, Public Relations, Special Events, and Entertainment. Must be able to work various shifts, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Wages:
