Job Description

The RoleWe are looking for a reliable, hospitality-minded professional to join our small team.
This is an independent role:
you will be the "guardian of the clubhouse" on your scheduled days, ensuring the club is pristine for our daytime members. Roughly 2-3 hours per shift.
Morning Setup & OperationsThe Reset:
Arrive at 8:30am to ensure the clubhouse is reset, tidy, and welcoming to members for the day. This includes light cleaning like wiping tables, garbage removal, and glassware polishing.
Pantry Management:
Stock the member pantry (mixers, garnishes, snacks) and ensure the coffee/tea station is ready for the day.
Facility Care:
Routinely check the club amenities to make sure everything is ready and functioning for member use.
Member Support:
Be a friendly face at the club! Looking for someone that is outgoing and will enjoy the occasional small talk with members and guests.
Who You AreA Local Neighbor:
Ideal for someone who lives withing 10 minutes of the club. Reliable transportation and ease of getting to and from work is essential. Shifts can be short (less than 3hrs) so this job is not a good fit for long commutes.
Hospitality Pro:
You have 1-2 years of experience in events, catering, or service. You understand that "the little things" make a big difference.
Self-Starter:
You enjoy working independently in the mornings and don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to see what needs to be done.
Communication Star:
You are comfortable chatting with members and coordinating with club management.
Side Hustler:
While there is room for growth, this is a small role. Looking for someone in the restaurant or perhaps wellness industry who needs some extra money on the side.
ScheduleMorning Shifts:
8:30am - 11:30am (approx)Additional Shifts for events or evenings possible as needed. Not required.

Physical demands:

Ability to work on one's feet for 4-5 hours at a time.

Ability to handle delicate glassware and silverware for detailed and repetitive hand and wrist rotationAbility to lift or move supplies, equipment, boxes, documents and materials weighing up to 40 lbs Ability to use stairs, ladders, etc. for purposes of reaching stored equipment, replacing supplies as needed (i.e. changing lightbulbs and air filters, etc.)Must be able to communicate via phone, email, and in-person with members, colleagues and professional contacts (i.e. vendors, support service providers, etc.)
