We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead and execute large-scale events with excellence. This role offers the opportunity to manage significant workstreams, ensuring high standards while collaborating with diverse teams. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of major event workstreams, including content and expo management. Provide status updates to senior leadership and identify potential roadblocks. Create and maintain detailed project timelines, driving progress with clear communication. Innovate program execution and delivery methods to enhance event experiences. Lead onsite management during live events, ensuring seamless execution. Conduct post-event analysis to drive improvements for future programs. Skills 7-9 years of professional experience in marketing or event management. Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proven track record of managing and executing cross-functional programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment managing multiple projects. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Background in experiential marketing or events program management.
