We are looking for a highly creative, organized, energetic, and hands-on Events & Experience Coordinator to help bring ideas to life from concept to execution. This role works closely with ownership to help plan, organize, style, and operate events while ensuring every guest experience reflects the warmth, creativity, and community-focused values of Craven Farm. This is not a desk-only event planning job. The right person must be equally comfortable brainstorming ideas, creating beautiful displays, organizing logistics, solving problems during live events, communicating with vendors, setting up ticketing systems, and working long event days on-site. We are looking for someone who loves hosting, creating memorable experiences, and making things happen behind the scenes. What You'll Do Help develop and execute seasonal events, workshops, classes, markets, and guest experiences Take creative ideas from ownership and turn them into organized, actionable event plans Coordinate operational needs including layouts, staffing, supplies, timelines, signage, setup, and guest flow Set up ticketing, event links, registration systems, and event details accurately Assist with event marketing coordination including promotions, timelines, vendor communication, and guest information Coordinate and communicate with vendors, instructors, food vendors, entertainers, and staff Be on-site during event setup, operation, and teardown Welcome vendors and help ensure events run smoothly from start to finish Troubleshoot issues quickly while maintaining safety, professionalism, and guest experience Create and style visually appealing displays, décor, and event spaces Help maintain consistency with Craven Farm's values, atmosphere, and guest experience standards Work closely with ownership and leadership teams to support farm operations and event growth Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is highly organized and detail-oriented Thrives in fast-paced, changing environments Can balance creativity with strong operational execution Is proactive and able to problem solve independently Communicates clearly and professionally with guests, vendors, and staff Is comfortable leading, directing, and supporting teams during live events Loves hospitality, hosting, styling, and creating memorable experiences Can handle long event days with a positive, calm, solutions-focused attitude Notices the little details that elevate an event from good to exceptional Is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team Preferred Experience We encourage applicants with backgrounds in: Event coordination or event production Wedding or hospitality industries Festival or market operations Creative production or styling Brewery, winery, or taproom events Workshop or class coordination Marketing or social media coordination Guest experience or community engagement Visual merchandising or retail display design Operations management or project coordination Schedule Expectations Flexible schedule based around events and seasonal operations Weekend availability is required Some evenings and holidays required Longer hours during major festivals and events Event days require full on-site support from setup through completion Why Work at Craven Farm?
