  • Join Our Event Rental Team Are you hands-on, dependable, and ready to be part of creating unforgettable events?
We're looking for an Event Installer to join our growing event rental team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of bringing events to life—setting up and dismantling tents, stages, dance floors, seating, lighting, and more. From elegant weddings to corporate events and community festivals, your work will directly impact our clients' most important moments. We work from May-November and experience a lot of cool places and events. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things right, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you like staying active, solving problems on the fly, and seeing the final result of your hard work, you'll fit right in. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, inclusive team culture where everyone works together to get the job done safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Set up and dismantle event equipment including tents, dance floors, stages, tables, chairs, lighting, and décor. Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency. Coordinate with event planners and team members to ensure smooth execution. Inspect equipment before and after events to ensure safety and quality standards. Maintain organized inventory of tools and rental equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve setup challenges on-site. Follow all company safety procedures during installations and take-downs. What We're Looking For Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (75+ lbs) and perform physical work regularly. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Clear communication skills. Flexibility to work varying hours as event schedules require (There's always opportunities for overtime). Valid driver's license .
