Job Overview:

We're looking for friendly and energetic Event Staff to assist with check-in for our St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl! This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and providing great customer service.

Responsibilities:

Event Setup & Check-In:

Set up check-in stations with event supplies and swag items Ensure all necessary supplies are in place and ready for participant arrival Check in participants, scanning their tickets and passing out supplies

Event Support:

Help answer any questions that come up throughout the event Help troubleshoot any issues that arise during check-in and throughout the event Provide support to the Assistant Event Manager in maintaining event flow and customer experience

Requirements:

Quick problem solver

• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced setting Professional & reliable
• Maintains a positive attitude while managing event operations Basic tech skills
