Bol Partners is growing its Events Team in Milwaukee and is currently looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to join as Events Assistants this summer. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, meeting new people, and being part of live promotional campaigns across the city. Instead of spending your summer stuck behind a desk, you'll be working at exciting pop-up events, retail activations, community campaigns, and high-footfall promotional sites where brands connect directly with customers face-to-face. This role combines customer interaction, sales support, and event-based promotions within a supportive and team-driven environment. No previous experience is required, making it a great fit for students, graduates, career starters, or anyone looking for a more active summer opportunity. What You'll Be Doing As an Events Assistant, you'll help represent brands during live campaigns and promotional events throughout Milwaukee. Every day brings a different environment, different conversations, and new opportunities to develop your confidence and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the setup and execution of live promotional events and retail campaigns Speaking directly with customers and introducing current products, services, and promotions Representing communication and connectivity solutions including mobile plans, internet packages, and bundled services Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at event locations Answering customer questions and providing clear, helpful information Supporting customer sign-ups and promotional enrollments during campaigns Working alongside a motivated sales and events team to achieve daily goals Helping maintain a professional and engaging brand presence throughout events Why People Love This Role This isn't your typical entry-level position.
