Customer Service Event Staff, WVU

Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is hiring Customer Service Event Staff to support West Virginia athletic events and other campus events in the Morgantown area. REVELxp is the national market leader in game day experiences and hospitality. We work with more than 100 major teams and sporting events nationwide, creating memorable fan experiences through hospitality, operations, and event support. At Rhino Sports, we provide event staffing personnel to local venues and are looking for reliable, friendly, and professional individuals to join our team. This is a part-time, event-based position, which means you can pick up shifts that fit your schedule. Responsibilities Customer Service Event Staff may work in positions such as: Ushers Ticket Scanners Guest Services Team members are responsible for helping create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests by: Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner Scanning tickets and directing guests to proper entrances or seating areas Providing wayfinding and answering questions Monitoring assigned areas and reporting issues to supervisors Delivering excellent customer service throughout the event Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends and event-based schedules Must be able to stand for long periods, including outdoors and in varying weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills required Previous customer service experience preferred

Pay Hourly Rate:

Starting at $12.00/hour Additional Information Travel opportunities may be available for select football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events.
