Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions, operate cash registers, and give accurate change.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, food preparation areas, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and inventory regularly to ensure smooth service operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding work operations and safety standards.
• Assist in setting up and closing down concession stands as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
