Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests Support food preparation tasks such as slicing, packaging, and food handling while adhering to health standards Skills Proven experience in food preparation or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or kitchen work is highly desirable Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude towards upselling and sales growth Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
