What You'll Do:

Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor safely and efficiently Answer customer questions and promote wash memberships Assist with site cleanliness, upkeep, and daily operational tasks Support the team in maintaining wash quality and safety standards Monitor wash equipment and alert management to any issues Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Required:

Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable with physical activity (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs) Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Prior customer service or retail experience Enthusiastic, positive, and willing to learn Interest in growing with the company and taking on more responsibility Why Join Us?
