Sandwich Artist / Shift Lead Join our team at Culpepper Company/Subway Washington County Arkansas as a Sandwich Artist/Shift Lead! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating delicious sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and grow within our company.

Daily Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house area

Required Skills:

Knife Skills:

Proficiency in safely handling and using kitchen knives

Portion Control:

Understanding of portion sizes and serving guidelines

Food Quality:

Commitment to delivering high-quality, fresh ingredients
