From our unique flavors like coconut and strawberry sorbet to indulgent treats like the brookie and campfire s'more, we're all about quality, creativity, and smiles. Now, we're looking for a dedicated Crew Lead to help guide our team and keep the good vibes (and ice cream) flowing! What You'll Do as a Crew Lead As a Crew Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our shop runs smoothly and our customers leave happy. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead and motivate our friendly team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets our high standards.
- Assist in training team members to uphold Bruster's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and ensure our delicious treats are always ready to serve.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a smile. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who's as passionate about leadership as we are about ice cream! To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of food service management experience (this is a must!).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
