Hello! We are looking for energetic, charismatic, and friendly ("Sipistas") servers/cashiers that can serve Juice with a smile- and a welcoming conversation. You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude, with a keen ability to make guest offerings or up-sells. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. Responsibilities Present samples to guests and help them select the perfect juice/product for them Prepare Juice line and fruit bowl set up Attend to guests from greeting to salutations Make and serve drinks with a smile Run the register with accuracy and a smile Answer questions or make recommendations for products Keep workstation clean, sanitized, and stocked Collaborate with preps to ensure line is stocked at all times Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude Skills Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to detail, cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy Food Handlers card required Tips add on average up to an additional $2-$5 an hour to base pay!
