Job Description

Go Tym Nutrition is expanding and we're looking for motivated, community-driven people to grow with us. Whether you want flexible income, a leadership opportunity, or a path toward ownership — we have a place for you. We're seeking a friendly, energetic Smoothie Bar Brand Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, great with people, and ready to represent a brand they actually believe in. Prior experience in food service or a café environment is a plus — but we're happy to train the right person.
Please note:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not an employee role. You set your schedule, own your performance, and earn accordingly. Must be 18 years old + and able to work during the week. No Weekends are currently available. ————————————
WHAT YOU'LL DO
———————————— Prepare and serve smoothies and energy drinks Greet customers, take orders, and create a welcoming experience every shift Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling Keep the serving area, prep stations, and seating clean and organized Promote products through genuine, enthusiastic customer engagement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
———————————— Friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer service instincts Reliable — you show up when you say you will Experience in barista, café, or food service environments (preferred, not required) Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling Able to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced setting Available during the week days Self-motivated — as a 1099 contractor, you drive your own success ————————————
