Sandwich Artist and Shift Leader

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a passion for food are essential. As a Sandwich Maker, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our customers. Duties Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation area. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and upsell menu items. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Some knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate order processing. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
