Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change or totals Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Support team members in food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick turnaround times in a busy restaurant environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or a related role within the food industry or quick service restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across various duties Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations Experience with bussing tables, cleaning stations, or supporting kitchen operations is a plus Prior restaurant or café experience is highly desirable; retail math or grocery store familiarity can be beneficial for inventory management Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service!
