This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods. Duties Deliver a positive and efficient customer experience Accurately read and execute order tickets with strong attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment Support front and back-of-house operations as needed Communicate clearly and effectively with team members Identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the customer experience Stay adaptable and responsive to changing priorities during busy shifts Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurants is a plus. Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast Strong skills in food handling, sanitation, and adhering to food safety standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. High energy and a strong work ethic (must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment) Strong attention to detail, especially when handling orders Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Comfortable interacting with customers and promoting menu items Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes Ideal Candidate Energetic and motivated Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with upselling and customer interaction Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
