Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Smoothie King as a Team Member. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering high-quality smoothies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take orders and prepare smoothies according to company recipes and standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns Upsell and promote additional products, such as supplements or snacks Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must be at least 16 years old If you are passionate about health and wellness, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
