We are growing and looking for reliable, positive, and hard working team members who want to learn, contribute, and be part of a strong team. We are selective about who joins our team. Aloha Food Factory is not the type of place where people only show up for a paycheck. Our best team members come here because they want to be part of something, learn real skills, grow with a strong team, and take pride in the work they do. We are a busy restaurant, especially on weekends, and our team regularly handles high volume days, long rushes, and sell outs. This job is best for someone who can stay calm, move with purpose, communicate clearly, and keep a positive attitude when things get busy. You will learn customer service, food handling, order accuracy, teamwork, communication, and how a high volume restaurant operates from the inside. Front of House Positions Cashier, server, runner, and shift lead opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and helping customers Taking orders accurately Assembling orders completely and correctly Running food and helping with service flow Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized Communicating clearly with the team Learning the POS system, phones, register, and basic restaurant equipment Helping create a friendly and efficient customer experience Back of House Positions Runner, prep, dishwasher, and assistant cook opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Following recipes and presentation standards Preparing food accurately and safely Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Keeping your station clean and organized Restocking items throughout the shift Following sanitation and food safety standards Helping the kitchen run smoothly during busy periods Staying proactive and willing to learn We are looking for someone who is Reliable and on time Positive and respectful Able to multitask in a fast paced environment Willing to learn and take feedback Good with communication Able to work well with a team Motivated to improve Available on weekends when needed Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
