In this role, you'll do more than just enroll customers—you'll guide them through the value of AT&T's offerings and help them choose the right mobility solutions with confidence. You'll receive a quick, focused training that covers AT&T wireless plans, device upgrade options, and the AT&T Guarantee, giving you everything you need to hit the ground running. Once trained, you'll work directly with customers to simplify the switch to AT&T services, making the process smooth and hassle-free. You'll also track your enrollments and earn incentives for every successful sign-up you complete. Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member Engage with customers to recommend suitable AT&T plans and assist with their enrollment process. Drive enrollments by walking customers through the benefits of new AT&T phones and upgraded data services. Provide personalized support to help customers select the best combination of AT&T mobile devices and wireless plans. Make the enrollment process seamless by patiently guiding customers through compatibility checks and service activation. Spot upgrade opportunities and help customers switch to improved AT&T mobile and data solutions. Deliver attentive service that leads to successful AT&T wireless enrollments and supports overall team goals. Qualifications of an AT&T Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Interest in sales or customer service is a plus, but no prior experience is required. Reliable and proactive with excellent time-management abilities. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers throughout the enrollment process. Solution-oriented mindset when addressing customer questions and enrollment needs.

$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
