Cleaning Crew

Job Summary:

Frantz cleaning focuses on high end, detail oriented, professional cleaning, serving residential homes and some commercial properties. As a team member, you will work with a team lead and 1-3 other cleaners to deliver sparkling clean homes and build relationships with the homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Learn the uses for all products and tool.
• Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Build relationships with the recurring clients that your team sees monthly, biweekly, or weekly. Always introduce yourself or greet the client, their family, and even pets! (there are adorable pets we get to see
• and clean up their fur)
• Report any maintenance issues, pest sightings, safety concerns, or damaged property to the team lead.

Qualifications:

• MUST have reliable transportation to drive between sites
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Good physical stamina and fitness, as the job often requires: kneeling, bending, standing on ladders, lifting and carrying equipment for long periods of time.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills.

From $20.00 per hour Application Question(s): Will you be able to reliably commute between jobsites in SLO, Nipomo, Santa Maria, and 5 Cities area? (mileage is reimbursed) Our crews work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am-7pm. What is your current availability for work? Would you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert?
