Assistant Manager or Team Member PART TIME OR FULL TIME

If you have the following experience/skills please apply! Essential Functions 1. Receive, sort and process all incoming and outgoing mail or packages 2. Responsibilities include sorting, photographing, scanning, labeling and uploading incoming mail and packages to data base. 3. Determining, affixing, and recording postage on registered mail and packages 4. Receives and processes UPS & FedEx & USPS & DHL and hand delivered packages 6. Provide Notary Service 7. Provide LiveScan Service (having finger printing certification is strongly preferred) 8. The person must be responsible, organized and pay attention to detail 9. Management with scheduling and Account Payable / Receivable experience Knowledge and Skills 1. Basic computer skills 2. Excellent communication skills with company personnel 3. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 4. Strong organizational skills 5. Ability to adhere to customer rules & regulations 6. Foster a proactive approach to daily tasks and projects 7. Requires problem solving skills 8. Work hard and have a chance to advance your income Work Experience Livescan Fingerprint Operator experience a plus Notary Experience a MUST USPS and FedEx Shipping experience a plus Apostille Experience If you are willing to get your Live Scan once trained in the regular duties you will have opportunity to add it to your skill set. Team will personally train you in the live scan once licensed.
