Client Enrollment Team Member

Join our San Diego team as an Client Enrollment Team Member representing AT&T business services. In this full-time role, you will meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to discuss AT&T Fiber, Wireless, and Communication solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions, building professional relationships, and developing sales and leadership skills in a fast-paced team environment. No previous experience is required as we provide daily training and ongoing support from day one.

Client Enrollment Team Member Responsibilities:

Meet with business owners and customers throughout the San Diego area to discuss AT&T products and services. Present AT&T Fiber, Wireless, and Communication solutions in a professional and informative manner. Assist customers through the enrollment process and answer questions regarding available services and promotions. Build and maintain strong relationships through face-to-face customer interactions. Work collaboratively with the rest of the Client Enrollment Team Members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals. Client Enrollment Team Member -

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships with business customers. Confidence speaking face-to-face with customers and business owners in a professional setting. A motivated, coachable attitude with the ability to learn new products, sales strategies, and leadership skills. Reliable transportation for local travel throughout the greater San Diego area.
