As a Frontier Customer Team Member, you'll be the bridge between homeowners and the technology that keeps them connected, helping customers identify their needs, recommend tailored Frontier plans, and ensure a seamless setup experience. Frontier Customer Team Member:
Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of our high-speed internet and bundled services. Engage with the community in a direct, customer-facing capacity to generate interest and secure new enrollments for our top-tier Frontier products. Present clear, compelling information about our service packages, helping customers make informed decisions that meet their connectivity needs. Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through a variety of outreach methods, ensuring a steady flow of new business. Assist customers through the entire enrollment process, from initial query to contract completion, ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience. Work collaboratively with Frontier Customer Service Associate team members to achieve collective enrollment goals and contribute to a high-energy, results-oriented environment. Accurately document all customer interactions and sales progress in our tracking systems. Perks You'll Enjoy -

Frontier Customer Team Member:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We value drive and potential above all else.
