GED Full Job Description Processing Transactions:

Accurately handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of payment, and issuing receipts or invoices.

Customer Service:

Providing a positive customer experience by being polite, efficient, and responsive to customer inquiries or issues.

Managing Cash Drawer:

Ensuring the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift, and maintaining proper cash handling procedures.

Handling Returns and Exchanges:

Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:

Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Reconciling Transactions:

Ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciling discrepancies as needed.

Compliance:

Following company procedures and legal requirements related to financial transactions and data security. Display products according to the planogram Store Cleaning Requirements High School or equivalent Customer service skills
