Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service Take customer orders and process cash and credit card payments Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner Answer customer questions regarding menu items Keep the front counter clean, organized, and fully stocked Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables and customer seating areas Assist with washing dishes and kitchen cleanup during slower periods Restock supplies and assist with general restaurant duties as needed Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
