Overview Join our vibrant team as a Cold Stone Crew Member and become the heart of an exciting, energetic ice cream experience! In this role, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, creates delightful treats, and ensures every guest leaves with a smile. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help craft memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere behind the counter. This paid position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, creativity, and customer service shine. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their visit. Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, mix-ins, and toppings with precision and flair. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and display cases. Follow all safety procedures and food handling guidelines to ensure a safe environment for team members and guests. Restock supplies regularly to keep the store fully prepared for busy periods. Assist in opening or closing duties as needed, including cash handling and equipment setup. Promote a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages teamwork and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required—enthusiasm is key! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Willingness to learn new skills related to ice cream preparation and store operations. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
