Back of House Team Member

~ PhoEver BOH ~ PhoEver, Gardena is growing — and we're ready to welcome someone new into the kitchen We're looking for a Back of House team member to support our prep flow + kitchen stations. This is not just a fast-paced kitchen job. We move with intention, care, and rhythm — even when it gets busy. We're looking for someone who:

• Can stay steady under pressure (not speed up and lose focus)
• Listens fully before acting
• Moves with awareness, not rush
• Takes pride in clean, consistent, thoughtful work
• Is open to feedback and willing to learn
• Wants to be part of a team that supports each other
• Has a natural desire to make things better (not just get things done) Support in this role includes:
• Dishwashing and maintaining a clean workspace
• Kitchen prep (ingredients, basic food preparation)
• Assisting across stations as needed during service Experience is helpful, but not required.

We can sharpen skills — we value presence, consistency, and respect. You'll be working alongside a small, supportive team during a meaningful transition as we continue to grow.

Typical shifts:

10:30am-3:15pm and/or 4:30pm-9:30pm
