Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling duties including Setup, restocking supplies, and supporting other team members during peak hours. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery while maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment. Follow all safety protocols related to food industry standards, sanitation practices, and proper cash handling procedures. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and courteously. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in cashiering, serving, or working in a café or grocery store setting is highly desirable.
