Parlor Donuts in Huntington Beach is a sweet spot for donut lovers, coffee sippers, and hungry beachgoers! At Parlor Doughnuts we serve creative and delicious treats in a fun atmosphere. We're looking for friendly and energetic team members to join our customer hospitality crew! As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll provide top-notch service, ensure a clean and welcoming environment, and help make every customer's experience a delightful one.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations Take orders, operate a point-of-sale system, and handle cash and card transactions Maintain a clean and organized storefront, including the bakery case, seating area, and exterior patio space Prepare and package donuts, food items and drink for customers Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience (retail or food service a plus!) Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and/or weekends Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods Friendly and approachable demeanor
