About Kei Coffee House Kei Coffee House is looking for friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Front of House Team Members / Coffee Baristas to join our team. We are seeking individuals who enjoy creating a welcoming guest experience, preparing quality beverages, and working in a fast-paced café environment. Position Overview As a Front of House Team Member / Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, dependable, and excited to learn and grow in a café setting. Responsibilities Greet guests in a warm and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and other menu items Follow drink recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, barista station, dining area, and workstations Restock cups, ingredients, supplies, and other café items as needed Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties Communicate effectively with team members and management Provide guests with menu recommendations and answer questions as needed Qualifications Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred Food Handler Card (Certification provided if needed) Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Willingness to learn drink recipes, café procedures, and service standards Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who take pride in hospitality, enjoy working with people, and are excited to contribute to a welcoming coffee house environment.
