TOGOS Sandwich Maker/Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure that every sandwich meets our high standards of quality and taste. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized. Adhere to food safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of our customers. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing condiments. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, including bussing tables when necessary. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and contribute to a friendly atmosphere.
