What you'd actually do Two jobs in one role: building killer sandwiches behind the line, and being the human at the counter who turns first-timers into regulars. You'll switch between both depending on the shift — and that's not a downside. That's the whole game. The people who learn both fast become Shift Leads. Then Assistant Managers. Then more.
