(FOH) for Brodard Restaurant New Location Opening in Long Beach — Summer 2026 Brodard Restaurant, a beloved and well-established name in the Vietnamese dining community, is excited to announce our newest location opening in Long Beach this summer. We are currently building our opening Front of House team and looking for energetic, hospitality-driven individuals who are passionate about great food and exceptional guest service.
