Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Go Greek Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting customers with their needs. Duties Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their orders. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing products within the food service area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to promote sales and enhance their experience. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry , 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience looking for maturity in serving customers. Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Go Greeks products and procedures. Basic knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, nights / holiday. A commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards in all areas of work.
