Enrollment Team Member

Our team is expanding and we're looking for motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and making a real impact for every customer they meet in their communities. We're currently hiring an Enrollment Team Member to support our growing outreach efforts. In this role, you'll work face-to-face with customers at local events and community locations, helping each customer get set up with wireless services and devices through a simple enrollment process. Your focus will be guiding the customer through every step of enrollment so the customer leaves fully connected. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new customers, staying active throughout the day, and seeing the direct results of helping each customer complete their enrollment and get connected. Enrollment Team Member Responsibilities Engage with customers in community-based settings and promote wireless enrollment opportunities Help each customer understand the enrollment process and available wireless options Process enrollment applications efficiently using mobile systems to get the customer connected on the spot Guide the customer through eligibility requirements and program details during the enrollment process Drive daily enrollment volume by assisting as many customers as possible Create visibility and interest by starting conversations with potential customers about enrollment opportunities Accurately document customer interactions to ensure smooth enrollment and follow-up Collaborate with the team to improve enrollment strategies and overall customer engagement Participate in training to strengthen enrollment, communication, and customer interaction skills Ideal Enrollment Team Member High energy with a strong focus on fast and accurate enrollment for every customer Comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced, field-based environment Excellent verbal skills to guide the customer through questions and complete enrollment smoothly Positive attitude when speaking with every customer about enrollment opportunities As an Enrollment Team Member, show up on time, ready to meet customers, support the enrollment process, and help every customer get connected.

Pay:

$950.00 - $1,300.00 per week
