We're hiring an AT&T Team Member for AT&T's residential program. The AT&T Team Member will work directly with customers in their homes, explain telecom services, recommend the best solutions, and drive sales while building strong face-to-face relationships. What You'll Do As an AT&T Team Member Represent AT&T residential services in person with potential customers with professionalism and confidence Engage directly with customers to explain products, pricing, and promotions Collaborate with sales leadership to execute daily and weekly goals Identify customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Participate in ongoing AT&T Team Member sales training and performance meetings Consistently exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up What We're Looking For In an AT&T Team Member Friendly, outgoing communicator Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, not required Reliable transportation

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,700.00 per week
