Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient transactions Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Handle cash and credit card payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Support food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food storage practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service Skills Proven experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is highly desirable Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively Join us as a Front of House Team Member and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
