In this role, you'll be vital to Verizon's Southern California expansion . You will execute relationship-driven solutions, guiding customers through product options and ensuring a seamless experience from the first conversation to activation.
The Verizon Customer Team Member Mission:
You will take ownership of your territory by identifying key neighborhoods and opportunities to connect customers with Verizon Communication. You will engage directly with decision-makers and homeowners, building trust and creating a positive impression. You will deliver compelling demonstrations that clearly explain Verizon's products and services, helping customers understand the benefits of fiber internet. You will assess customer needs by actively listening and recommending tailored solutions that best fit each household. You will manage the entire enrollment process, guiding customers from initial interest through activation to ensure a seamless experience. You will stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity to keep the team ahead of the curve. You will consistently meet and exceed goals by providing excellent customer service and effective communication.
